I believe in supporting leadership so they can get as much done as possible. I tell my own employees, we’ll accomplish more if you support me and let me make a few mistakes, rather than if we’re always debating the right action.  


I believe President Trump is our nation’s greatest decision maker and I want to help him get as much done as possible by being a vocal advocate for his policies. If I disagree, I would only bring it up privately and only if I thought it was an important disagreement.

I take private feedback from everyone, but, ultimately, I expect to be supported by my team when I make decisions. I would give the same respect to President Trump.
