I buy fresh meat for from local farms and get my vegetables from my friend's garden. Usually I buy a quarter or half cow and share it with friends. I highly recommend everyone buy fresh meat locally. It will save you time, money and help you live healthier while supporting the local economy at the same time. It also tastes much better.

My last quarter cow was purchased from Creek Acres Farm.
